Between Lauragais and Malepère, this beautiful gîte with swimming pool, is an old farmhouse dating from the 16th century with its pigeon house, offers a pleasant and comfortable stay. From the large panoramic terrace of 60m2 equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, you can contemplate the landscape with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills as well as the olive trees and vines of the AOP "Côtes de Malepère". On site at the gîte, to relax and unwind, an inflatable spa is at your disposal. There are many hiking trails around the gîte (GR7, GR78 or the Voie Verte). You will be well placed to visit the region within 30 minutes: the medieval city of Carcassonne and Fanjeaux, Castelnaudary, the world capital of cassoulet, the Ariège and Mirepoix or the Canal du Midi. The owner and wine grower will be able to offer you a tasting of the wines of the Razès on request. Every Thursday during the summer, the village of Brézilhac organises a market of local producers and craftsmen, with food and drink also available.

The ground floor has reversible air-conditioning in the large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with sofa and TV, a dining table, a laundry room with washing machine and a separate toilet. The first floor opens onto a second sitting area with sofa and TV and leads directly onto the private panoramic terrace.
