Our villa with private pool is comfortable and modern with all the necessary facilities for a relaxing holiday with friends and / or family. All sheets and kitchen towels are included in the rates. The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef. Private and heated swimming pool (8X4 depth 1.50m). Wifi and international satellite TV are also available. 5 minutes from Carcassonne and the City, fully independent gîte located in a quiet area. Lac de la Cavayère 10 minutes on foot with nautical base, supervised swimming, tree climbing course. Australian Park, near the lake. 18-hole golf course at Domaine d'Auriac. Many hiking and mountain biking in the area, shops and restaurants nearby. Single storey gîte, comprising a large living room with kitchen, opening onto the covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and the enclosed garden. Shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Independent WC. Bathroom. 4 bedrooms (2 beds in 180, 1 bed in 160 and 2 beds in 80). Bed sheets and towels included. Gas central heating included. Private swimming pool 8X4 m open from May 1st to October 31st (possibility of heating the swimming pool with supplement). For animals contact the owner. WIFI throughout the house.
