The winegrower's house is a detached house on two floors (ground and ground floor) on an old winegrowing estate in the middle of nature, 2 km from the village of Montlaur-Val de Dagne with a large courtyard shaded by plane trees. You have a magnificent 360 degree view over the garrigues and a wonderful sunset. The gîte is 160m2 and has a large living room with fireplace overlooking the garden, a dining area and an open kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor, one with a 200 cm bed and a 90 cm single bed and another bedroom with 3 single beds. There are 2 large bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a large shower. Swimming pool (12 x 6 m) to be shared with another gite. Leisure facilities: swings, badminton, trampoline, table tennis Parking on the property. End of stay cleaning included. Sheets and towels included. Open from June to September. You are on the road to the remarkable village 15 km from Lagrasse, 17 km from the medieval city of Carcassonne, the castles of the Cathar country (Termes at 35 kms). Pedestrian and mountain bike rides, GR 36 nearby. Beaches less than an hour away.
