Ferienhaus in Dorumer Neufeld mit Grill, Garten und Terrasse

Das Ferienhaus ist freistehend mit großem, eingezäunten Garten. Es ist ebenerdig und hat keine Treppen. Das Ferienhaus ist ca. 500m vom Strand entfernt. Hier befindet sich ein Hunde-Grünstrand inklusive Hundeduschen.

Am Hundestrand ist ein vom Haus gemieteter Strandkorb vom 01.05. - 15.09. zur alleinigen Nutzung verfügbar.








Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Zwei Duschbäder mit ebenerdigen Duschen sind vorhanden. Der Koch-/ Wohnbereich ist offen gestaltet mit einem Ofen. Waschmaschine und Eisschrank befinden sich in einem separaten Abstellraum. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Rolläden ausgestattet.



Eine vollständige Umzäunung (Höhe mind. 1,00 m) des Grundstücks sorgt für eine entspannte Gartennutzung mit Hund. Von zwei Seiten ist das Ferienhaus umgeben von Grün und Wasser. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich ein Strandkorb.



Zusätzlich zu den Mietkosten fallen weitere Gebühren für die Gästekarten an. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Tourismusbeitrag, der laut Satzung der Gemeinde verlangt wird. 


Für die Erstellung der Gästekarten erhalten Sie eine Email, bevor Sie anreisen. Darin erfahren Sie die Preise und welche Daten zur Erstellung notwendig sind. Im Anschluss erhalten Sie die Gästekarten per Email, so dass Ihnen die Gästekarten auf Ihrem Smartphone zur Verfügung stehen.



Unser Ferienhuus an der Nordsee befindet sich in Dorum-Neufeld unmittelbar in Strandnähe zwischen Cuxhaven und Bremerhaven an der Wurster Nordseeküste.
