Wir bieten Ihnen eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit großem Tisch und Wohnbereich in gemütlichem Dachgeschoßraum. Es sind eine Kaffee-Padmaschine, Kühl-/ Gefrierkombination, Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, etc. vorhanden. Ein GLUTENFREI-Paket (Pfanne, Backofen-Toaster etc.) ist auf Wunsch vorhanden. Schlafsofa auf Anfrage. In dieser Dachgeschoss-Wohnung mit separatem Eingang können Sie es sich auch bei Regentagen gemütlich machen. Im Garten gibt es einen gemütlichen Sitzplatz, den Sie nutzen können. Anreise nach Vereinbarung möglich.
Für Katzenallergiker nicht geeignet, da Katzen im Haus sind. Die Unterkunft ist über zwei Etagentreppen zu erreichen.

Bei Stornierung ist folgende Entschädigungsstaffelung gültig: Bis 30 Tage vor Reiseantritt 20%, bis 20 Tage vor Reiseantritt 60%, bis 10 Tage vor Reiseantritt 80% des Buchungspreises. Ab 9 Tage vor Reiseantritt oder verspäteter Ankunft bzw. vorzeitiger Abreise berechnen wir die gesamte gebuchte Aufenthaltszeit.

Weitere Person sind nach individueller Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber möglich.

Der Ort Bermatingen liegt zentral für alle Ausflugsziele am und um den Bodensee und die Alpen. Sie sind in nur 5 Gehminuten an Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle (je 500m) entfernt.
Ein GLUTENFREI-Paket (Pfanne, Backofen-Toaster etc.) ist auf Wunsch vorhanden.
