Our house lies on the sunny slope of Millstatt with beautiful view to the lake, the surrounding mountains, the town and the monastery Millstatt.
We offer 1 double room, 1 single room and 3 holiday apartments for 2-4 persons, all including lake view.
Free WLAN is available in the whole house.
Start your holiday with a wonderful view from your balcony over the lake.
Within 10 walking minutes you reach the lido of Millstatt, the first Carinthian bathhouse, the tennis courts, the monastery Millstatt with cloister and museum, shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes. The golf course Millstättersee can be reached within 5 car minutes.
From the first overnight stay, the Millstätter See Inlcusive Card is included in the price. The card offers a variety of all-inclusive-services, e.g. free entrance to the most beautiful lidos around the lake, free access to the toll roads of the destination, a comprehensive family program and a lot more, thus guaranteeing even more variety, fun and adventures at the lake of Millstatt.
In the evenings you can enjoy the sunset and the Mediterranean climate of the south-side-alps on our generous balconies with lake view.
The parking lot is located directly in front of the house.
Pets are allowed on request, an extra fee of EUR 10,- per day is charged.

Flat 1 on the 1st floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen/living room with storage room and exit to the private terrace with lake view, large living room and panoramic door, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with shower/WC and balcony with lake view, 1 bedroom with separate beds, WC extra, anteroom, 2 Sat/TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, sink, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The storage room next to the kitchen offers additional storage space.
A cosy dining area invites you to linger, Sat/TV available.
From the kitchen-cum-living room you can directly access the private terrace with lake view for a successful start to your holiday!
In the spacious living room there is a sofa (which can also be converted into a double bed), from which you can enjoy a wonderful view through the large panoramic doors of Lake Millstatt and the surrounding mountains. Sat/TV and radio are of course available.
The bathroom is completely new, with shower, washbasin, washing machine and clothes horse.
Of the 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed, shower/WC and south-facing balcony with lake view, the other bedroom has 2 separate beds.
There is also an extra WC and an anteroom in the flat.

The price includes the Millstätter See Inclusive Card, as well as bed linen and towels.

Visitor's tax € 2,70 (from 18 years) per person/day.

Deposit € 150 with booking.
