Our house is in the upper area of ​​the village of Matzelsdorf on the Millstätter Plateau, in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake. Around the house there is a large orchard with table tennis, some seats and sun loungers. You can explore nature directly from our house, set off on alpine hikes or start mountain bike tours. The municipal lido in Dellach is about a 5-minute drive away!

Our "Ferienwohnung Mansarde" was completely renovated and refurbished in winter 2022! A massive external staircase takes you to the north side of our house, via a separate entrance to the attic apartment! A spacious antechamber with voluminous sliding-door cabinets and an integrated office workspace offers access to two bedrooms with double box-spring beds and separate vanities with practical mirror cabinets! In addition, the anteroom leads to a separate living room with leather couch and TV wall, the shower room with toilet and washing machine, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with dining area!
