Country house, pool, garden, 5min ride to the sea

The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house with specious outdoor of 800m2 in a quiet and relaxing environment in the Marina village, just a 5-minute drive from the nearest beaches in Marina and Prališće. Only 15 minutes drive from the airport, 15 minutes from the old town of Trogir and 35 km from beautiful city of Split. The house has a swimming pool of 32 m2 for guests only, behind the house there are gardens with seasonal fruits and vegetables. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 A/Cs, Smart TV, Internet. There is also a wood-fired grill outside the house. The owners occasionally stay in the back part of the ground floor of the house, happy to be at your disposal if needed, but always respecting the guest's privacy.



The house has one floor. The apartment is on the first floor and it is about 90m2 in size and comprises of the following rooms:

Sleeping room 1, with own balcony and outdoor furniture, a king size double bed (1.80 m wide) and AC, and sleeping room 2, with one king size bed (1.80 m wide) which can be converted in two single beds. Living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV with satellite TV, in sleeping room 2 there is a fen, air-conditioning is in sleeping room 1 and in the living room.

Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower.






Outside area

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. Sleeping room 1 with has its own balcony.

Outdoor with wood fired grill/barbecue, swimming pool with sun loungers a sunshade for sole use, parking places for two cars. Property is detached and fenced .

Airport is 15 kilometers away. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarket is approximately 1600 meters away. Pebble beaches are 1800 meters away. Historical town under UNESCO protection Trogir is 15 minutes ride by car and the city of Split is about 35 km away. National Park Krka waterfalls is about 1hr ride away.

    “Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und der Poolbereich läd zum entspannen ein. Wir würden aufjedenfall nochmal kommen und können es nur empfehlen! Positiv: Der Pool ist sehr schön, groß und sauber! Negativ: -”
