This semi-detached 3-bedroom townhouse is located on the Boavista Golf & Leisure Resort - a few minutes' drive from Lagos town.



It is in a privileged position with beautiful views of the lake and and golf course - as well as being very close to the wonderful outdoor swimming pool, and walking distance to other resort facilities including the very popular clubhouse.



The accommodation is on two levels, with the ground floor comprising a light and spacious lounge and dining area (with easy access out to the terrace facing the golf course), a fully-fitted and equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom.



On the first floor are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, with both bedrooms having access to a large balcony overlooking the lake and golf course.



This property is licensed according to Portuguese holiday rental laws and is fully compliant with all safety regulations.



Note:

The area in which this property is located has strict regulations regarding noise disturbance.

Loud noise is not permitted between 23:00-08:00, which means that this property is more suited to guests who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and is NOT suitable for guests who like to party late, festivalgoers, etc.
