The property is located in Torquay part of what has become known as The English Riviera. Torquay sits on Tor Bay which provides a sheltered seaside experience. Torquay is the largest of the English Riviera towns and is a vibrant and busy resort town which provides visitors with an all year round experience. This area is known by locals as Wellswood Village. Close by (and only a ten minute walk from Muntham are the World famous Kent's Cavern - prehistoric caves.
