Die Ferienwohnung "Seestern" (ca. 40 m²) bietet Platz für vier Personen. Im Erdgeschoss gelegen, verfügt das Apartment über eine windgeschützte, sonnige Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Apartmentanlage, die nur wenige Meter vom Deich entfernt liegt.




Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem hellen Wohnraum (ca. 30 m² inkl. gemütlichem Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Personen) mit Küchenzeile sowie einem Badezimmer mit Dusche.



Die Wohnung gehört zur Ferienwohnanlage Nordseestern und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, sowie einen abschließbaren Abstellraum für Fahrräder und Strandzubehör.



In der Wohnanlage stehen zudem eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sowie ein Grillplatz zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.


Das Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt. Mit Rücksicht auf Allergiker ist das Mitbringen von Haustieren leider nicht möglich.


Mit der Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft wird auch die Kurtaxe fällig.

    “Anreise und Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war super sowie der Parkplatz auch. Nach Einzug in der Wohnung mußten wir feststellen das ein Kleidungsstück im Schrank vom Vorgänger hing und eine alte Brötchentüte mit Inhalt im Küchenschrank lag. Den Mülleimer musten wir nach draußen stellen da diese nach Zigaretten gestunken hat. Auf der Terrasse waren keine einladenen Möbel die zum Frühstücken einluden. Jetzt zum positiven, die Lage der Wohnung war echt Exzellent und der Deich war wenige Meter entfernt und ein Paradies für kinder.”
