Our holiday flat is located in the upper town of Bad Marienberg, in a street without through traffic.
You can reach the spa gardens and the town centre in just a few minutes. A pub and bakery are in the immediate vicinity.
You can also reach the Europahaus in a few steps.
From 2024 we will offer the opportunity to charge an electric car (11 kW).

The holiday flat was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2022. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed.The kitchen has a dining area and is fully equipped. The tastefully furnished living room has a large TV, and there is an adjacent small reading/music room. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The flat is equipped with the latest electrical technology with network connections, lighting control via presence detectors and LED lighting. All relevant rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.Each window has sun protection and external roller blinds. Through an external door in the living room you reach the balcony, which invites you to linger with seating and a table.Here you have sunshine almost all day in fine weather. The attached awning can help to provide some shade.From the balcony, a small staircase leads down to the terrace. Here you can also enjoy the sun and plan the next excursions with a coffee or cool drinks.The terrace adjoins the garden area. The garden has a large lawn, several fruit trees and a garden pond. A garden house with terrace and garden bench allows a view of the pond.Another table with garden bench under a large cherry tree offers further shady places. There is also a garden barbecue here that can be used.
