Situated in a domain in the heart of the Lauragais region near Castelnaudary, this gîte will offer you an exceptional stay. You will be ideally situated to visit several sites of interest in the region: the gîte is less than 30 minutes from the Cité de Carcassonne or the abbey of Saint-Papoul and a few minutes from the Canal du Midi and the medieval town of Fanjeaux. The region has a rich gastronomic heritage to discover during your holiday: discover the cassoulet of Castelnaudary, a dish not to be missed! On site you can enjoy a large outdoor area with magnificent views over the plains and hills of the Lauragais region, where you can go for walks or bike rides as you wish. The estate has a communal swimming pool where you can cool off and relax with a drink. The domain is composed of 5 adjoining gîtes (Nelly, Agnès, Julienne, Simone and Jean-Pierre August) each with its own private terrace. The domain has been recently renovated by the strength of the owners Jessica and Michael who will welcome you during your stay.

The Gîte Jean-Pierre August has on the ground floor a living room with a sofa and a TV and a kitchen area with a dining table. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed. An independent shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Private terrace with garden furniture. Shared swimming pool. Private parking on the estate. Shared barbecue. Wood provided for the stove. Baby equipment. Charges and services are included (bed linen, towels). Cleaning at the end of your stay is an additional option. Breakfast is available on request from the owners. For animals you can ask the owner only. If you come in a group of 6 to 22 people you have the possibility to rent the 5 gites of the domain according to availability.
