Migjorn house for 10 pax in Es Caló with Garden, Terrace with sea views and Barbecue.

Our Migjorn house is located within the private estate Can Toni Blay (enclosed area with exclusive access code for clients), along with the LLevant and Tramontana houses,at km 10.3 of Formentera.

 

At 800 meters from the house we find the beach Playa de Migjorn, where we can access on foot or by car without having to go out to the main road.

 

1 km away is the fishing village of Es Caló de Sant Agustí, next to the beach of Ses Platgetes and equipped with restaurants, terraces, pharmacy, supermarket, ATM, car rental office, shops...

 




The maximum capacity of the Llevant house is 10 people.

The price of the stay includes entrance cleaning (not daily cleaning) bed and bath linen (one bath towel and one toilet towel per person, one bath mat for each bath, one beach sarong per person and welcome ammenities). The cost of extra set of sheets is € 3 and the cost of extra towels is € 3.

 

A change of bath linen is made twice a week for stays longer than one week, and a weekly change of bed linen.

 

For stays of less than one week, a cleaning fee of € 300 will be charged.It will be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

 

We have cots, high chairs and bed barriers at no additional cost.


STANDARDS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

 

·      Check-In time is from 4:00 p.m., while Check-Out must be done before 11:00 a.m. In case of being able to enter before or leave later than the established time, customers will be notified.

·      The water in the house is slightly saline. Not suitable for direct consumption, but for cooking and showering.

·      Pets are not allowed.

·      Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

·      The house must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered at Check In.

·      It is strictly forbidden to organize and celebrate any type of events in the house, unless it has been expressly contracted for it with the express authorization of the property..


Information about the tourist tax in Formentera.


As of July 1, 2016, the autonomous government of the Balearic Islands establishes a Tourism Tax

Sustainable, which must be collected directly by the tourist accommodation.

Children under 16 years of age will be exempt from paying. The amount to be paid has been set by the

regional government and fluctuates from 50 cents to 2 EUR per person per night plus VAT, depending on the type of

accommodation. In the case of agrotourisms and rural houses the amount is 2 EUR +10% VAT (per person, per

evening). From the 9th day of stay this tax will be reduced to 50%.

The objective of this measure is to help maintain the natural beauty of this island.


This tax must be paid to the owner in cash on the day of arrival.
