    “Die Wohnung liegt am Ortsrand in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk, ein Fahrstuhl ist nicht vorhanden. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Ausblick Richtung Medulin. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für 2-4 Personen. Ein Schlafzimmer und zwei Betten auf einer Empore neben Wohnzimmer/Küche. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Die Wohnung war sauber und einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Größe/m² war gut. Die Wohnungstür ist mit einem hochwertigem Sicherheitsschloss ausgestattet. Für den hauseigenen Parkplatz, so wie den Naturpark sollte das Fahrzeug nicht tiefer gelegt sein. Zum Ortskern mit ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehreren Restaurants geht man ca. 5 Minuten. Den Naturpark (Eintritt muss bezahlt werden) erreicht man gut zu Fuß ca. 20-30 Minuten, aber auch mit dem Fahrrad, Motorrad und Auto.”
