The house is situated in a clearance on a slope, cut into a wooded slope ''Zielonych Skal'' of Pieniny Spiskie. Beautiful single-family house ''Pod Zieloną Skałką'', built in 2006, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 1.5 km from the lake, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: property 1400 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn. Barbecue. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage at 100 m. Grocery 450 m, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 150 m, railway station 20 km, pebble beach 4 km, thermal baths ''Białka Tatrzańska'' 20 km. Riding stable 8 km. Nearby attractions: Niedzica 4 km, Czorsztyn 15 km, Krościenko nad Dunajcem 20 km, Szczawnica 25 km, Zakopane 40 km, Kraków, Wieliczka 100 km. Watersports (hire of equipment), 4 km. Hiking and cycle paths in the area - Pieniny mountain range. The house is within a guarded and enclosed compound. NB: Groups of youths only on request! - accepted only after confirmation from the owner – in this case deposit is 1500 PLN. Groups without confirmation will not be given the keys.
