    “Das Haus hat ein sehr gutes Platzangebot. Allerdings sollte ein wenig in die Pflege und Teilrenovierung investiert werden.
    Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, es hat alles gut funktioniert. Am kalten Tagen brachte man nicht zu frieren und das Leitungswasser war sehr gut temperiert. Was uns fehlte war ein wenig Gemütlichkeit in Form von Bildern etc.
    Die Betreuung vor Ort war äußerst unkompliziert (außer Schlüssel holen und abgeben kein Kontakt, wenn man den nicht wünschte), die Verantwortlichen sehr nett.
    Schade dass man die Garage nicht nutzen konnte, wir haben aber auch nicht gefragt.
    Vorrausschauend waren an fast allen Fenstern Mückengage angebracht, wenn auch teilweise erneuerungsbedürftig.
    Alles in allem, empfehlenswert, vor allem bei dem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, einfach aber nicht primitiv, sauber , recht ruhig, da die Klappbrücke über Nacht stehts gesperrt war und so kein Autoverkehr.
    Der richtige Ort zum Laufen (großes Vogelschutzgebiet), zum Radfahren (Elberadweg und andere), zum Erleben (Natureum, gleich um die Ecke), für Ausflüge (Cuxhaven 25 min; Bremerhaven 45 min, Hamburg ca. 2 h mit Auto und Bahn; TIP bis Stade, Parkhaus 2 Euro pro Tag, dann mit S-Bahn 3 oder Metronom)
    Allerdings ist man auf einen Fahrbaren Untersatz angewiesen.
    Versorgungsmöglichkeiten in Cadenberge oder Otterndorf (beides ca. 10 - 15 min mit dem Auto) bis zum abwinken, ebenso Sparkasse Volksbank, Apotheke etc.
    Frisches Obst und Gemüse gibt es direkt vom Bauerhof (Hofläden !)”
