    “Praktisch eingerichtetes Appartement im dritten Stock (oberstes Geschoss) eines in die Jahre gekommenen Gebäudes (Baujahr Ende 60er/Anfang 70er). Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Zimmer mit Stockbett, ein Wohn-Ess-Koch-Raum mit Sofa. Modernisiertes Bad mit Waschmaschine.
    Vollständig eingerichtete Küchenzeile mit allem, was man braucht (Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Tassen, Gläser, Besteck, Kaffee- und Espressomaschine, Gasherd, Waschbecken, Kühlschrank mit TK-Fach, Mikrowellw, keine Geschirrspülmaschine). Großer Balkon, Mückennetze an den Fenstern, im Bad war es aber teilweise ab. Macht man halt nachts das Fenster zu. Achtung beim Strom: es können nicht alle Geräte gleichzeitig betrieben werden, sonst fliegt die Hauptsicherung im EG (nur mit extra Schlüssel des Vermieters erreichbar). Lift - klein aber OK. Überdachter Parkplatz im EG. Praktische Lage: Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt max. 3 Minuten zu Fuß.”
