Das alte, aus dem 17.Jh. stammende, liebevoll renovierte Bauernhaus ist der ideale Ort, um die Toskana mit ihren kunsthistorischen Schätzen und ihrer atemberaubenden Landschaft zu entdecken. Das Haus liegt im Herzen der Toskana auf einem kleinen Hügel. Es ist von einem weitläufigen Garten umgeben, in dem hohe Zypressen Schatten spenden, und bietet einen herrlichen 360Grad Panoramablick.
Das Haus ist über eine Asphaltstraße gut erreichbar.
Der nächste Ort ist Montaione (8km), aber zwischen unserem Haus und Montaione gibt es verschiedene Restaurants und Pizzerien, einen Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle.
Il Poggiarello hat kein eigenes Schwimmbad, aber es gibt es sehr schön gelegenes öffentliches Freibad (gegen Bezahlung) in Castelfalfi (6 km). Weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind: Reiten (in Mura, 2km) und Golf (in Castelfalfi, 6km). Für Wanderfreunde ist die Einstiegsmöglichkeit in die Via Francigena nicht weit.
Das Haus ist in zwei Geschosse aufgeteilt. Das obere wird von den Vermietern bewohnt. Das untere bietet zwei Ferienwohnungen.
Das zweite Appartment besteht aus Wohn-Essküche, Schlafzimmer im tosk. Jugendstil, Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettcouch, Duschbad.
Waschmaschinenbenutzung ist gegen Bezahlung möglich.
