Villa Camellia

This unique, stone build Villa sits in one of Greece’s most beautiful islands. The property is located in Megas Gialos,Syros,close to the beach ,in a quiet neighborhood with stunning views. A small ,private road with olive trees garden alongside,leads to the Villa ,where guests will enjoy a much deserved vacation in tranquility and calmness.

The 265sq.m Villa offers charming design and is entirely crafted from native stone.The property consists of two floors,connected by indoor and outdoor stairs.On the upper floor guests will find a fully equipped,modern ,chef style kitchen with a charming balcony connected to it , a living room with sofa/bed ,TV and stunning sea view and a very comfortable and characteristic dining area. There are two bedrooms on that floor -the Master bedroom,with sea view and en-suite bathroom that even has a jacuzzi in the bathtub ,and a small ,single bedroom with a beautiful window overlooking at the gardens on the back of the house. There is a small WC for guests on that floor. The entire front of the floor is occupied by a big veranda ,offering captivating views of the nature and endless blue of the sea.The ground floor consists of two double bedrooms and one extra double bed that is not in a separate bedroom but it is still in a calm zone and it is a very comfortable place to rest. Many guests prefer to have their young children on that bed. There is also a fully equipped,traditionally decorated kitchen on that floor that features all amenities such as oven,gas stove,coffee maker etc.A cosy living room with two coaches where guests can take a break from the hot summer days and A spacious and comfortable bathroom with WC ,a laundry and drying machine are making this floor a completely independent setting form the upper one. The entire home is air conditioned.

The outside area of Villa Camellia offers a veranda with garden furnitures where guest can dine or simply have coffee,overlooking the sea. Then ,there is the Swiming pool,the sun launch area,the BBQ and guests favorite,fully equipped bar area where one can prepare and enjoy those much needed drinks and snacks! Near the swimming pool and bar we also have a dining area with table and benches, high chairs on the bar, an outdoor shower and a small WC. The comfort of the outside space of the Villa is complete by the beauty of the little garden and flowers of the property.

The road that leads to the Villa is not used from someone else,therefore guests can leave their vehicles right outside without any concern.There is a water filtration system installed in one of the kitchens of the Villa which makes it perfectly safe for guests to use that water for drinking and cooking and not to carry plastic bottles of water from outside.We can provide guests with more than one baby travel cot if needed as well as other baby / toddler items such as high chair,baby relax chair etc.Free WI-FI at the property.Beach towers available at the property.A supermarket delivery can be arranged at the property.Owner is helping with advising on things to do and see and making reservations for dining or cultural events.

The area of Megas Gialos is best known for its tranquility and beautiful houses near the sea and nature. The nearest beach is only 400 meters away and the area’s organized beach is 1km away. The beach has shallow waters that remain calm even in windy days. The beautiful church of St.Marina is located on the side of the beach ,making the place looks even more postcard like!For visiting the island’s main town ,Ermoupolis as well as other beaches or just touring the island ,guest will need a vehicle. Ermoupolis is 15km away while other areas and beaches are more close and driving on the island is easy and goes through beautiful settlements and views.
