Bathroom and kitchen are small, but functionally equipped. The living-dining room is shady and pleasantly cool in summer due to the proximity of the forest. The house has a fast and free WLAN, mobile phone connections have a varying good reception. If required, you will find fiction as well as travel guides for the region.
