Der neue, freistehende Bungalow liegt in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhaus-Quartier in Arbon. Zum See, zum Einkaufen und in die historische Altstadt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die ÖV-Anbindung ist optimal: 700 m zum Bahnhof, 200 m zur nächsten Busstation mit direkter Verbindung nach St.Gallen.
Aber auch wer mit dem Auto kommt, ist mit dem Gratis-Parkplatz gleich neben dem Bungalow gut bedient.
Der helle Bungalow besitzt zwei grosse Fensterfronten gegen Osten und Süden, welche Transparenz und Weite zum Garten schaffen. Die natürlichen Baumaterialien, Holz aus heimischer Produktion und Natursteinböden, tragen zur Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre bei.
Auf dem grossen Sitzplatz kann man von morgens bis abends die Sonne geniessen, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliegen vorhanden.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (180 x 200) ausgestattet. Vom Bettsofa (140x200) im Wohnzimmer geniesst man einen herrlichen Blick ins Grüne, zusätzliches Klappbett ist vorhanden.
Die komplett ausgerüstete Küche ist mit Backofen, Kochherd, Nespresso-Maschine und Toaster bestückt. Gleich daneben am grossen Fenster liegt die gemütliche Essecke. W-Lan und TV sind vorhanden.
Im modernen Badezimmer befinden sich Lavabo, Dusche und WC.
Eigene Fahrräder können eingestellt werden. Zwei Fahrräder können unentgeltlich zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Arbon ist ein idealer Ferienstandort. Zwei Bäder am See laden zum Schwimmen ein. Verschiedene einzigartige Museen sind hier beheimatet (Saurer-Museum, Möhl Most-Museum, etc.). Vom Arboner Hafen kann man per Schiff verschiedene Schweizer Städte und auch das deutsche Ufer erreichen. Der Bodensee-Radweg führt fast vor der Haustüre vorbei. Appenzellerland und Alpstein sind ebenfalls schnell erreicht.
Die Vermieter geben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge, Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren.
Auch für Kinder ist gesorgt mit Spielsachen wie Holzeisenbahn, Büchern, Kartenspiele, Domino etc.
Von Mai 2024 bis August 2024 muss mit Lärmemissionen gerechnet werden, da die Berglistrasse saniert wird.
