Ferienhaus in Vidsel mit Garten und Terrasse

Diese freistehende Villa befindet sich in dem Ort Vidsel, ruhig gelegen in einer Wohnsiedling. Nur 5 km vom Storforsen, Schwedens größten Stromschnellen entfernt gelegen.Vidsel ist ein Ort in der schwedischen Provinz Norrbottens län und der historische Provinz Norrbotten. Der Ort liegt am Fluss Piteälven in der Gemeinde Älvsbyn, etwa 35 km nordwestlich des Gemeindehauptortes Älvsbyn. Vidsel hat eine Automaten-Tankstelle, einen Imbiss(Pizza/Kebab), sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt. Auch ein kleiner Friseursalon (deutschsprachig) ist gleich neben der Automatentakstelle hier zu finden.Das 35 km entfernte Älvsbyn wird nicht umsonst als die 'Perle Norbottens' bezeichnet. Sie bietet neben allen Einkaufs- und Versorgungmöglichkeiten ein idyllisches Flair und viele interessante Aktivitäten.

Das Ferienhaus hat ca. 97 m² Wohnfläche und teilt sich wie folgt auf:


Alles liegt auf einer Ebene im Erdgeschoss. Hier befindet sich eine offene Küche, voll ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Mikrowelle, Herd-Ceranfeld, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, und Wasserkocher.

Ein großer Esstisch bietet Platz zum Verweilen. Ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei 3er Sofas, einem Couchtisch, sowie einem 55 Zoll Fernseher- mit Soundbar.


Insgesamt stehen 3 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. Über den Flur gelangt man in die Garage, die vom Wohnbereich aus zugänglich ist.

Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine Garderobe für Jacken etc. Im Zusatzraum ist noch eine Waschmaschine zufinden.

Das Ferienhaus Villa Edda bietet Ihnen ein komplett neu gestaltetes Duschbad und Gäste WC, das modernen Komfort und Stil vereint.


Das freistehende Haus befindet sich auf einem 750 qm großen Grundstück in einer Wohnsiedlung im malerischen Vidsel am Fluss Piteälven. Genießen Sie rauchfreie Atmosphäre und kostenloses W-LAN während Ihres Aufenthalts.
