Welcome to the LTR - Apartment in the beautiful part of Felben.

The house is in a quiet part of town, 15 minutes walk to the center.

In winter, the bus stop is only 200m from the accommodation, you can reach the Kitzbühel ski area in a few minutes.

There is an indoor swimming pool, the National Park Museum and many other sights in the village. The Mittersiller Heimatmuseum is located 200 m from the accommodation and is definitely worth a visit.

Fully equipped apartment with a size of 90 m2 divided into kitchen, living room and bedroom. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is equipped with a shower and a separate toilet. W-Lan and 1 parking space can be used free of charge. All rooms have full views of the surrounding area.

Your apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. If you wish we will also provide bed linen and a set of towels. The fee is € 15.00/person. We don´t charge a cleaning fee, exept the apartment is not proper cleaned at the check-out. We are at your disposal if you have any questions. You can also get tips and suggestions for your stay from us.
