Luxury Villa with Amazing Panoramic Views

This amazing villa is located in Estepona, 20km away from Puerto Banus and 30km from Marbella. The villa is set on a hilltop 3 km from Estepona town and 4km from the beach.

This privileged position means that the villa is not overlooked and has breathtaking sea views all along the Coast from Gibraltar to Marbella. 



As soon as you enter the property through the automated gates you are welcomed by a wonderful fountain. There is ample parking in the driveway and you have 2 garage spaces as well.

On entering the property you will be wowed by the views to the sea overlooking the pool and are automatically drawn towards the covered terrace to enjoy these amazing views.

The large pool (15mx6m) has a built-in seating area to enjoy sipping on a glass of Champagne whilst cooling off. You can even see Gibraltar and Africa whilst swimming. The pool can be heated From October – November and March – June for an extra charge. Please let us know upon booking as it takes time to heat a pool.


There is a BBQ area which has a large pergola covering it providing shade for the hot summer days. The dining table is situated over the semi-shaded area so you can enjoy alfresco dining.

Next to the BBQ area is your private Bar which is fully equipped so you can make your own cocktails and play pool. There is also a bathroom with toilet and a small corner shower. You can ask Alexa to play some chill-out music and enjoy lying on the sun beds located next to the pool whilst drinking your cocktail.

In the same outdoor building there is a Sauna which leads out onto a covered terrace with 2 hammocks and additional seating.

At one side of the house you will find several fruit trees (orange, mandarin, pink grapefruit, lemon, lime, figs, pomegranate and olive trees). From there steps lead down onto the 9-hole putting green where you can also practice your chipping skills. Next to the golf area is a private paddle court with amazing views to La Concha mountain and the sea. We provide the necessary equipment to play – just bring your own balls.

The main house has a large, elegant kitchen with a 6-ring gas hob, griddle, 2 electric ovens and all the appliances you might need. The coffee machine is a Nespresso, but you also have a Senseo coffee machine and a French press. From the kitchen you have access to a storage room and a laundry room which leads out to the parking area and back garden.

Next to the kitchen is a room equipped with a treadmill, elliptic bike, some weights and yoga mats.

There is a WC just off the living room that the guests can use.

On the top floor of the villa you have the large 100m2 bedroom with a vanity area (put on your make-up whilst seeing the sea in the mirror) and a large en-suite bathroom with a double jacuzzi, double sink and walk-in shower. Have a glass of wine on the terrace in the evening and look onto the distant city lights of Africa and Gibraltar to Marbella as well as the boats on the horizon and wake up in the morning looking at miles of glittering sea.

The west wing of the villa has 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and sea and there is seating in front of each terrace door to enjoy some privacy.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
