Typical and beautiful Tuscan Villa originally composed of 3 apartments all communicating with each other with exclusive swimming pool which stands on the rolling hills between San Gimignano and Volterra in an ideal position for visiting Siena, Florence, Pisa and the sea.
500 square meters on two floors for groups of 10 - 12 people who want to spend a holiday with friends or family in total tranquility in contact with nature by practicing sports such as horse riding, trekking, yoga, cycling, but also for those who wish to go to discover places full of art and history.
There is even a private and exclusive Osteria next to the Villa where, upon request, you can taste the typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition.
The Villa has every comfort and convenience: 3 kitchens, large equipped outdoor areas, BBQ, possibility of having breakfasts and also lunches or dinners on request. Yoga lessons, horse riding, in-room or poolside massages, quad rides, mountain bike rental, wine tours... complete the offer.
Outside the Villa, in front of the Loggia, there is an ancient stone oven which can be used by guests to prepare bread and pizzas.
Everywhere outside you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside with large fully equipped spaces where 12 people can comfortably eat and a large 60 m2 pergola with wooden table and lounge where you can enjoy splendid sunsets.
The pool of the villa is 12 meters long, 6 wide and 2.20 meters deep. It remains open from May to September; it is equipped with teak sunbeds with mattresses, umbrellas, teak tables and chairs. It is cleaned every day and the water is monitored constantly.
At night it is possible to bathe in the illuminated water and enjoy the extraordinary sky that can be seen thanks to the absence of light pollution in this area.
Our electric car charging station is type 2 and can charge both Tesla cars and electric cars of other brands.
You can easily top up yours at no cost to our guests.
