Magnificent villa in a gated domain in Pramousquier. The house is divided into several living areas, which makes it ideal for  up to 8 people.

These living spaces are designed for an unforgettable stay in the South of France. Spread over two levels, the house is 300 m2, allowing everyone to find relaxation and tranquility. On the lower floor you will find a 1 air conditioned double bedroom with its own bathroom, a laundry room, a TV room and a separate toilet. On the lower level you will also find a salt swimming Pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. A second west-facing terrace with a petanque court and a ping-pong table will entretain the whole family.

On the upper level, there are 5 air-conditioned double bedrooms. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms while the other 3 have 2 independent bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is ideal for children. It has a crib and toys.

Two parking spaces are available.

Access to the beach is via a private stone slope path. Deckchairs and tables are available around the pool.

In the garden, not far from the swimming pool, a gas BBQ, as well as a shaded terrace offer the possibility of having an aperitif or a quiet meal. You can also take advantage of this place to read or relax.

Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the Villa.

Household linen (sheets, bath towels) is provided. The beds are made on arrival.

The parking lot can accommodate 3 cars.

Possibility of bringing in a housekeeper on site (on request).

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 100.
