Beautiful, bright 2 1/2 room (2 persons) or 3 1/2 room flat (65m2 for 4 persons) on the mezzanine floor, particularly quiet, slightly sloping location in the Muragls district. Bright, spacious living room with dining table and sitting area, with Swisscom TV and free WLAN. Sunny, spacious, furnished south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the Engadine mountains. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, oven, fondue set, raclette oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Wet room with new converted shower with WC and separate WC. 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes and sufficient storage space. Washing machine, ski room, bike room in the house for general use. Garage space in underground garage. Near bus stop, cross-country ski run and hiking trails. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking flat.
