Willkommen auf Nordzypern Region Kyrenia/Bahceli. Es erwartet Sie eine ruhige Wohnanlage mit großem Pool vor der Villa, großer Terrasse + Dachterrasse. Innen finden Sie ein großes Wohnzimmer/Essbereich mit 2 Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss. Durch Innentreppen gelangen Sie zu den Schlafzimmern. Zudem finden Sie ein Dusch/WC im Obergeschoss und ein Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss. Die Eckvilla verfügt über nagelneue Haushaltsgeräte wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Möbel usw. In unserer offenen Küche finden Sie alle Küchengeräte im Alltag inkl. Besteck und alles zum Kochen. Lassen Sie sich verwöhnen von unserer schönen Anlage mit großen Gemeinschaftspool. Des Weiteren gelangt man durch das Wohnzimmer direkt in die Gartenterrasse, wo Sie in wenigen Schritten in den großen Pool springen können. Im Obergeschoss gelangen Sie durch den Balkon auf die Dachterrasse, wo Sie ebenfalls entspannen können. Meerblick, Bergblick und Meeresrauschen genießen den ganzen Tag. Hinzu gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Man benötigt ein Auto für den Supermarkteinkauf oder in die Innenstadt von Kyrenia. Einen Strand mit Strandbar in Esentepe zum Sonnenbaden, erreichbar am Besten mit dem Auto. Dazu lassen sich fast alle Sportaktivitäten gestalten. Ob Wanderung, Golf spielen, Tauchen, Rad fahren, Camping, Pilze sammeln auf den Bergen, Schwimmen, Angeln, Fitness, Wellness……..
