Unser Doppelhaus befindet sich im Ostseebad Wustrow-direkt hinter dem Deich. Je Haushälfte können max. 4 Personen Unterkunft finden.
Im EG befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Essbereich sowie das Bad mit Dusche und WC.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangen Sie auf die Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln.
Das Ferienhaus ist aufgeteilt in zwei Doppelhaushälften, welche nahezu identisch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut gepflegt sind.
Das Ferienhaus wurde 2019 zuletzt renoviert.
Die Fotos zeigen beide Haushälften des Doppelhauses - die Belegung erfolgt je nach Verfügbarkeit in einer der Haushälften.
Im OG befinden sich die Schlafräume.
Durch das Kinderzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten gelangt man in das "Elternschlafzimmer".
Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 150 m.
Der Pkw-Stellplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Das Grundstück ist 823 m² groß.
Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt etwa 100 m.
Die Ostseebäder Dierhagen und Wustrow sind jeweils ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Dort finden Sie Restaurants und kleine Cafés.
In den Häfen können Sie frischen Fisch kaufen.
