Vigla Villa is a spacious and tranquil retreat located in the unspoiled beach village of Keratokampos in south Heraklion, Crete. This beautiful villa offers a sense of harmony and tranquility, making it the perfect base for exploring the stunning south coast of Crete. With its size of 163 square meters, Vigla Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests in its four bedrooms.



The villa features a two-story layout, starting with the ground floor which hosts an open living space. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining table, seamlessly blends into the living room and dining area. Whether you're preparing a delicious meal or enjoying a cozy evening indoors, the kitchen provides all the essentials for a self-catered vacation.



The living room offers a spacious corner sofa and a 55' HDTV, with doors that open onto a terrace boasting a comfortable sitting area. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area comfortably seats 8 guests. Additionally, on this level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and a shower/WC, providing convenience and privacy.



An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find three more bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature king-size beds (1.60m x 2.00m), while the remaining two bedrooms have two single beds each (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form king-size beds. This level also includes a shower/WC and a kitchenette. Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with a 32' HDTV for your entertainment. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and provides Wi-Fi in all areas, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.



Vigla Villa's outdoor space truly sets it apart. Here, you'll find a private 32 sq. m swimming pool, accompanied by a children's pool measuring 10 sq. m. Relax on the sunbeds and loungers, shaded by umbrellas, as you bask in the warm Cretan sun. The villa also offers BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining area, allowing you to savor delicious meals amidst the tranquil surroundings. The property provides parking space for up to 2 cars, and both the villa and the outdoor area are fenced, ensuring privacy and security for our guests.



As a guest of Vigla Villa, you'll enjoy a range of services included in the price. Upon arrival, a welcome basket awaits you, filled with delightful treats. The villa is cleaned every 3 days, and linen and towels are changed at the same interval. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience. A gardener tends to the outdoor space twice a week, while cleaning and pool maintenance occur 2 or 3 times a week, depending on the weather.
