Elegant Villa Akazija is situated in a beautiful location in the north of Istria, in the town of Buzet, known as “Grad Tartufa” (Truffle Town). This beautiful villa, where you will enjoy absolute privacy, offers a fantastic panoramic view of the unspoiled nature surrounding it. With a living space of 220 m2, Villa Akazija features 4 spacious bedrooms, one of which, charmingly named Violet, is located on the ground floor of and is equipped with two single beds (90 x 210) which can be brought together if necessary. The remaining bedrooms, Orange, Rosso and Taupe, each equipped with a double bed (180x210), are located on the first floor. Each of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, three of which are equipped with a shower enclosure while Taupe bathroom also features a comfortable bath tub. The sun-soaked ground floor of this fully air-conditioned villa features a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining room where all guests can comfortably accommodate. The spacious living room is perfect for an afternoon rest in the relaxing atmosphere of the villa's interior that reflects the same elegance and warmth as the exterior. The ground floor and pool terrace of Villa Akazija is without any thresholds and therefore suitable for disability access. You can enjoy a game of table tennis, relax whilst reading a good book, playing board games or watching a movie from the rich selection of DVD movies.

The completely fenced, 12000 m2 large plot features a gorgeous swimming pool (35 m2) surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and filled with low salt concentration water. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim everyday whilst enjoying a fantastic view of the natural and untouched beauty of the area. Two outdoor showers are at your disposal, one at the poolside and one on the roof terrace. 4 private parking spaces are available.

Visit Buzet in the north of Istria and enjoy the rich gastronomic offer of the region that abounds in numerous traditional delicacies. Some of the interesting activities in the area are paragliding, truffle hunting, hiking and climbing. The cultural and historical heritage and natural beauty of the area will leave you breathless.
