Villa Monarch 2 is located in Tikovica, only 10 kilometres from the city of Dubrovnik. Located right by the sea, this beautiful villa will offer you a perfect and beautiful holiday and give you the opportunity to swim in the Adriatic Sea in front of it. If you want to enjoy peace and quiet with your family and friends and return to the same place next year, then Villa Monarch 2 is perfect for you!

This rustic-style villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, who can be accommodated in 5 comfortable bedrooms with double beds. The villa has a living area of 218 m2 and a total plot of 883 m2 and has 5 bathrooms. It is fully air-conditioned and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family and friends, and of course there is also a dining room with a dining table. In the living room there is a sofa, a coffee table and a TV, and from there there is a direct exit to the outdoor terrace. On the terrace you can enjoy your morning coffee on the sofa, sunbathe on the deckchairs or swim in the romantic jacuzzi. Of course, there is also a dining table on the terrace where you can savour the dishes prepared on the charcoal or wood-fired grill.

Additional contents that will come in handy during your stay are a feeding machine and a baby cot, 2 separate toilets and an iron. The host offers a free laundry and ironing service.

The courtyard of the villa is fully fenced and there are 6 parking spaces outside.
