Located in Smoković, near the village of Zemunik, the Olive Grove Villa is adorned with beautiful landscape colours which will delight nature lovers, as well as guests looking for outdoor activities such as walking, hiking, cycling, or diving. Together with your family or friends, indulge yourself in a holiday that you will surely remember!

The villa was built in a contemporary style in 2021. This carefully decorated and luxuriously furnished villa offers its guests 350 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is an unbelievable 10,000 m2, which includes 250 olive trees (hence the name) and provides plenty of space for the whole family and children to play and have fun. The fully air-conditioned Olive Grove Villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms with 4 single beds (90x200) and 3 double beds (200x200, 180x200, and 160x200). Each of the exquisite bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, one of which has a bathtub and the rest spacious showers, and if necessary, all of the single beds can be connected.

A sophisticated open-plan kitchen living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, and home theatre is perfectly suited to accommodate large groups of family or friends. The stylish and streamlined kitchen with two sinks and counter stools has everything you will need to prepare your beloved dishes, whereas the dining table comfortably seats ten people.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be pleasantly refreshed in the pool of 55 m2 and 1.6 m deep. You can also enjoy your favourite music, as there is an outdoor music system installed. There is a semi-covered dining area and 10 sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the warm summer sun and read your favourite book. For easy summer meals, there is an outdoor grill on wood or gas.

Further facilities at your disposal include a washing machine, dryer, an iron, and if necessary, there is a feeder and a cot. For your convenience, there are two additional toilets.

Entertainment facilities include a big lawn, where children can play football, a ping pong table, trampoline, playground, swings, and in the villa, a PlayStation console. Also, there are basketball hoop, soccer goal, badminton, and tennis sets for children.

The Olive Grove Villa maintains high standards for its guests, the property is fully fenced for privacy, and offers 2 closed garages and 6 parking spaces in front of the garage.

Zemunik and wider Zadar area is known for its rich offer of agricultural products, natural beauty, rural tourism, and historical monuments. The locals will warmly welcome you with their delicious traditional specialties, as well as fresh produce. There is a petting farm situated close to the villa, a great place for the whole family. Explore the city of Zadar, whose fortifications are its faithful guardians, and are on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Zadar is often called the city of basketball and is also known for the unique Sea Organ and the light installation called the Greeting to the Sun, which delight domestic and foreign tourists alike.
