Exclusive, Blue Flag beach, Mediterranean style

Mamma Antonella is a fantastic villa in a Mediterranean style, 5 kms away the famous Lidofiori Blue Flag beach.

The villa extends on a 3000 sqm garden and is located in the countryside of Menfi, the town of wine.




Mamma Antonella spreads on one level were we can find a lrge living room, a modern and well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedroom en-suite, a twin and another bathroom.

The house is provided with everything needs for a perfect vacation: AC everywhere, dishwasher, WI-FI, washing machine, TV…

What is remarkable to highlight are the furnitures of the house: new, stylish, refined.

As the photos show, the house is bright with spacious rooms and a large exterior.

Outdoor there is a large BBQ area and a very large patio facing the pool, ideal for Sicilian breakfasts, meals and… drinks of course.

The pool area is a sort of Paradise, surrounded by tropical plants and with a nice gazebo ideal to relax during the sunny Sicilian days!

The pool is 10x5 meters in size and maximum 1,4 meters deep.

You will never forget the quietness of this villa.

There is also a playground.

The beach is just less than 6 kms away: Lidofiori, repeatedly awarded (24 times until this date) with the Blue Flag as the cleanest and sustainable beach in Sicily.

In Lidofiori there restaurants, pizzeria and bars by the sea.



The villa is located in the town of Menfi (2 kms) worldwide famous for some of the most important Sicilian wineries.

6kms from the villa and you will approach Lidofiori, the nicest beach in Sicily repeatedly awarded (24 times until this date) with the blue flag as the cleanest and sustainable beach in Sicily.

In the village you can find a pharmacy, one restaurant, two bars and a grocery. 

Agrigento with its Unesco's temples is 70 km’s away: a valley of history and almond trees!

20 kms and here there are the Cave di Cusa a stone quarry misteriously abandoned in 409 B.C.

Here you can still see the rows of the columns destined to the Selinunte sacred temples!

Selinunte the largest archeological park in Europe is 20 km’s away

Sciacca, a medieval Sicilian town is 10 km’s away

The marvellous Segesta archaeological park is 70 km's away, while the thermal baths of Montevago are 24 km's away.

Worth a visit the Belice valley (photo), 15 kms, a very mysterious place where you can find ghost towns, endless agricultural fields, futuristic towns...

Palermo the capital of Sicily is 80 km’s away: monuments, museums and the renowend outdoor markets of one of the most beautiful towns in the world.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
