The rustic Villa Sempre is located in Istria, specifically in the town of Sv. Lovreč is a true little heaven on earth. Built in 2009, and completely renovated in 2022, this villa will provide a nice holiday to all guests who want to escape from the busy lifestyle. Together with your family and friends, decide to treat yourself to a perfect holiday that you will remember for a long time!

Villa Sempre is ready to provide accommodation for a maximum of 8 people who will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms with attached ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (180x200) is located on the ground floor, while the remaining three rooms are located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and the third room has 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined into a double. Three bathrooms have a bathtub, and the fourth has a shower. On the first floor there is also a balcony with seats and a small table where you can enjoy drinking your morning coffee or reading your favourite book.

On the ground floor, you will enjoy preparing food in a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, and in the living room you will rest and socialise with your loved ones on two sofas, and there are also 2 armchairs, 2 tables, a TV and a fireplace. In the living room there is also a table football, and an exit to the outdoor terrace. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table for 8 people.

You will find a pleasant refreshment during the hot summer days in the 32 m2 swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 metres. Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with 8 deckchairs where you can soak up the sun's rays and simply relax. There is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill on the terrace, and you can try the prepared food on the covered dining table.

Additional facilities that you can use during your stay are a washing machine, an iron, a feeder and a baby cot.

The courtyard of Villa Sempre is fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.

Attractions and local activities that are close at hand are wine tours, water sports, an aquapark that will especially delight the youngest, ski lift Poreč, cycling and much more!

St. Lovreč is a hidden gem and one of the best preserved medieval fortified towns in Istria.
