asa Clementina befindet sich im oberen Teil des Kerns des charakteristischen Bergdorfes Indemini in Gambarogno. Sie ist von der Sonne von morgens bis abends geküsst. Es ist geeignet für 4-6 Personen. Das Haus hat vier Etagen. Die Haupttür führt in die Küche und das Wohnzimmer, wo sich ein sonniger Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge befindet. Von hier aus gelangt man auf den Dachboden mit 2-4 Betten (mit praktischen Schubladen) oder eine Etage tiefer in das Doppelschlafzimmer (mit Kleiderschrank) und das Badezimmer (Bad/Dusche, Waschbecken, WC). Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, ein Abstellraum und der Zugang zur unteren Gasse. Ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
