Our house is located in lower Telfes where it is very quiet and peaceful. The apartement is surrounded by fields and trees and has a nice view of the mountains.

You can reach the grocery store in 5 minutes by foot, the bus stop in 5 minutes and the Stubay (swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, fitnesscenter) in 20 minutes by foot or in 3 minutes with the car.
