The beautiful and cozy Villa Nata is located in the village of Dracevac near the coastal town of Porec. This modern two-storey house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people in total. The open plan first floor consists of a living area with a large and comfortable sofa and a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor you will find 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed and the fourth has two single beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bathrooms are located next to the bedrooms. From two bedrooms you have direct access to the shared terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the view of the surrounding area. The outdoor area will take your breath away. In front of the house there is an inviting pool area and sun loungers where you can relax in the sun. Next to it, there is a large lawn and a summer kitchen with a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The house also has table tennis, darts and badminton, so you won't be bored.This modern villa is located in a tranquil setting, providing a perfect location for your peaceful retreat from modern day life. Nevertheless, it is only a short drive away from Istrian tourist centers and historical sites. Beaches are a short drive from the villa and you can choose from a variety in the Porec region. Tourism around Porec is much more than just sea, sun and tourists. Guests can easily see that the town has preserved its historical image. Here you will find museums, galleries and many sights worth seeing. The entire city center is a living cultural monument. The streets are home to numerous galleries and exhibition spaces that preserve tradition in a modern way. A great way to get to know Istria is through its exceptional gastronomy. A car is absolutely necessary.
