The beautiful stone villa Casa Bella is located in a small Istrian village surrounded by untouched nature in an enchanting landscape. In front of the villa there is a spacious pool surrounded by a wonderful garden and a beautiful covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue where you can spend pleasant moments with family and friends on warm summer evenings.
The interior of the villa exudes a pleasant atmosphere and Istrian charm. This villa is spread over two floors. The first floor has a living room with a fireplace and a charming kitchen with a dining area. On the same floor there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room and kitchen give you access to a beautiful terrace where you have the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the fairytale surroundings and unspoiled nature. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms with a bathroom and another bedroom with its own bathroom. On the same floor you will find a spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the surroundings. There is a children's playground and table tennis for the youngest members of the family.
