A beautiful sunny villa with a large garden and 70 m2 pool is perfect for a family vacation. This idyllic house is tucked away in a village next to Visnjan, surrounded by nature and cycle paths. Whether you prefer to relax in the sun, stay active on vacation or enjoy both, Villa Chantilly has it all. As soon as you approach this house, it evokes relaxing and calming sensations, and from the first step into the villa you will immediately feel at home. The bright and airy living space overlooks the beautifully manicured garden and large pool. The open space on the first floor consists of a cozy living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. On the second floor there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom which has a delightful terrace overlooking the garden. Villa Chantilly is a very warm, cozy and stunning home. So we must warn you: you might want to stay longer than planned!
Outside, there is a shaded terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy your delicious meals prepared on the stone barbecue, which is also available in the garden. Swim in the pool at any time and relax on the sun loungers while enjoying your favorite drink. If you fancy a little family competition, there is a volleyball, badminton and soccer court, as well as table tennis and darts. You're sure to have a lot of fun. Children will love it here because there is also a playground. There are also bicycles at your disposal, which you can use to explore the beautiful surroundings of Visnjan. Look no further, because this idyllic house is just a booking away! This beautiful sunny villa is located in Visnjan, a thousand-year-old small town in Istria, 12 km east of Porec. Visnjan is special for astronomical observatories - especially for monitoring and discovering asteroids. Many events in the fields of astronomy, archaeology, marine biology take place there. As in the rest of Istria, Visnjan is also known for olive growing, wine production and has many lavender fields. You can see this rich Istrian agriculture while taking one of the many cycling trails. We would recommend you to visit neighboring towns such as Porec, Motovun, Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Umag, Novigrad. They are about an hour away. Istria is a great place for all foodies who enjoy an authentic and traditional environment.
