The pool is equipped with a counter-current system and a small waterfall. There is a poolside area where you can work on that perfect summer tan while enjoying a cold drink and reading your favorite magazine. The pool has a hydromassage area where you can relax as the sun slowly sets over the villa. The children can look forward to a playground! There is a garden table where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The garden has a covered outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals. A large barbecue is at your disposal, where you can show off the grilling skills you have been working on all year round. From the terrace you can access the wellness area, which is at your disposal to completely relax and forget all the problems you involuntarily took with you on vacation. The wellness area has its own bathroom. When you enter the villa, you are greeted by a spacious living room and an open-plan kitchen. On the first floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, which also have en suite bathrooms. There is also a terrace with a sitting area that has a perfect panoramic sea view. The villa is well equipped for fall and winter, all bathrooms as well as the wellness area have underfloor and wall heating and the Jacuzzi by the pool is heated to 36-40 ° C all year round. The living room has a fireplace for extra comfort on colder days.

This is an area of beautiful and peaceful nature with many bays, beaches and hills. This region is known for its cycling and hiking trails as well as for the many beautiful diving spots. About 15 to 20 kilometers from the villa are the towns of Labin and Rabac, two neighboring towns, one is a coastal town and the other is located a few kilometers inland Istria. The town of Labin is a perfect place for art and history lovers, and the other town is known for its beautiful beaches and excellent gastronomy. If you want to explore the wider region of Istria, you can plan trips by car to Pula and Rovinj, two ancient Roman towns on the coast. Both are about an hour's drive away and you can spend the whole day exploring each, as they are full of famous historical sights, such as the Arena in Pula or the Church of St. Euphemia in Rovinj.
