    “Het huisje ligt in een aangename wijk maar is het slechtst onderhouden van alle panden. De buitenkant is afgebladderd, de badkamer is bijzonder matig en ze stonk, de serres zijn armoedig, het meubilair is een bijeengeraapt rommeltje, een aantal lampen was kapot, de tuin was verwaarloosd.
