This dreamlike villa, together with Villa Elena, Villa Nevia and Villa Zoe, is part of a luxury project with 5600 m2 of private land, which offers guests of these 4 villas an organic garden with seasonal vegetables, open-air fitness, 2 tennis courts, 2 bocce courts, as well as sports fields for handball, soccer, basketball and volleyball. For a true Istrian experience, the property is also home to 3 Boskarins, white and gray long-horned cattle, the symbol of the region.
Elegant, stylish and superbly located amidst the picturesque Istrian countryside, yet still close to sunny beaches and lively coastal towns, Villa Elli offers luxurious accommodation where you can relax and enjoy every minute of your vacation. The first floor is entirely dedicated to lavish entertaining. The wonderfully spacious room is divided by a stone archway into living, dining and cooking areas, with huge French windows bringing in an abundance of warm Istrian light. Natural stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings and the magnificent open fireplace create a warm, cozy atmosphere, while the mix of modern and vintage furnishings and exquisite décor provide you with first-class comfort. Three bedrooms are spread across the upper floor, while the fourth on the first floor opens directly onto the enticing private pool, the wonderful place to relax and unwind. The pretty, covered veranda with its authentic built-in barbecue and large dining table is an attractive refuge from the summer heat, as well as the perfect spot for enjoyable al fresco dining.
You will never be short of things to do and places to visit, making this villa your ideal vacation base.Villa Elli is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula, near the small town of Kanfanar. The old architecture of the town and surrounding villages is well preserved, and the vineyards and olives dominate this region with its warm, Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and its surroundings are well known, not only for its historical and cultural heritage, but also for its excellent wines and authentic Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanting place that has welcomed visitors and settlers for as long as history has been recorded. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater and the Brijuni National Park including an 18-hole golf course are only a 30-minute drive away. This is a great place to enjoy food, history and ultimately to relax.
