Villa Pi is a charming stone villa on the edge of the picturesque village of Tinjan in central Istria. This is an old stone house that is more than 70 years old and was completely renovated in 2019.
The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people, making it ideal for a family vacation. The interior is modern and equipped with high-quality appliances, but the villa also has its original charm typical of old Istrian houses - a good example are colorful wooden windows and stone walls.
On the first floor, which has direct access to the pool area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room with fireplace. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The remaining two bedrooms, both very spacious and equipped with a double bed, are located on the second floor. All bedrooms have a private bathroom so that guests can enjoy complete privacy.
Outside, Villa Pi offers a large, inviting pool. Grab a refreshing drink and soak up the sun by the pool or prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and enjoy them al fresco on the villa's terrace. Villa Pi leaves nothing to be desired! The villa is located in a tranquil setting that offers a perfect location for your peaceful retreat from modern everyday life. Central Istria, with numerous mountain villages and beautiful countryside, is ideal for cycling and hiking. At the same time, it is only a short drive away from Istrian tourist centers, historical sites and beaches. The nearest beaches are in Porec. Tourism around Poren is much more than just sea and sun. Guests can easily recognize that the town preserves its historical image. Here you will find museums, galleries and many sights worth seeing. The entire city center is a living cultural monument. The streets of Porec are home to numerous galleries and exhibition spaces that preserve tradition in a modern way. A great way to get to know Istria is through its exceptional gastronomy. The symphony of flavors will awaken all your senses. The gastronomic pearl of Istria is undoubtedly the truffle.
