This beautiful villa for 10 people is located in Bui?i, on the edge of the beautiful tourist coastal town of Porec. Villa Samuel is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking for a place where they can relax and forget about everyday life. You will love the private pool with cozy sun loungers. Next to the pool there is an outdoor kitchen and dining area where you can prepare meals and dine. The interior of the villa is beautifully and modernly furnished, spacious, and consists of 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed. 3 of them have their own bathroom. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. A fireplace is also at your disposal. The living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom are located on the upper floor. The remaining bedroom and another bathroom are on the top floor.
The villa is fully air-conditioned. Each room has a television. The villa is also fully fenced, offers wifi, 3 private parking spaces and is close to all the amenities you need.
Groups of younger adults are not welcome in the villa. The village of Bui?i is located in the heart of western Istria, only 6 km away from Porec - the main tourist destination of this part of Istria. If you want to feel like a real tourist or just relax on the beach and admire the crystal blue sea, you must visit Porec and its surroundings. Porec is an ancient town located on a 400 m long peninsula and is known for its old town center full of museums, palaces and, of course, numerous charming restaurants, cafes and bars. Don't miss the famous Euphrasian Basilica, which has given Porec the name "the city of mosaics". If you are traveling with children who never have enough of fun, visit the water amusement park Aquacolors, 4 km away from Porec. You can also explore the interior of Istria, admire the landscape, relax with a glass of Istrian malvazija or enjoy culinary specialties (truffle mushrooms, Istrian pasta - fuzi, smoked ham - prsut and more).
