On the second floor there are three bright bedrooms, each with a double bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms offer a fantastic sea view. On the first floor of the villa you will find a spacious living room with TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, which are connected in an open-space concept. On the same floor there is also a play area where the youngest guests can have fun with PlayStation. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea and the island of Rab. On the terrace you will find a charcoal barbecue and a dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals with family and friends with a mesmerizing sunset in the background. On the lower first floor of the villa there is another spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, TV and sea view. For a completely romantic atmosphere, there is a bathtub in the bedroom. Here you will also find a games area with darts and a summer kitchen with bar where you can prepare a refreshing drink to enjoy by the private pool on the same level. Next to the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax with a good book or simply enjoy the calming atmosphere offered by the sea and the sun. The property is fully fenced and has parking for 3 cars.
