The charming Villa Kokola with private pool is only a short drive away from the town of Umag and the beautiful coastline. The comfortable villa can accommodate 6 guests (4 + 2). This lovely stone house is the perfect choice for your well-deserved vacation with your loved ones.

The beautiful interior will enchant you at first sight. On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a separate bathroom with shower are located on the second floor.

A highlight of this villa is the large outdoor area with pool. The beautiful sea view from the terrace and the unique sunsets will captivate you. Swim a lap in the pool, relax in one of the sun loungers, treat yourself to a cool drink and simply unwind. This house invites you to make precious memories and recharge your batteries, and even if you would prefer not to leave Villa Kokola, you should not miss out on exploring the surrounding area. Visit the town of Umag, which is only 5 km away and proudly hosts the famous tennis tournament. Every year in July, the ATP Croatian Open takes place at the Stella Maris tennis center. Many tennis greats take part in this event. In the immediate vicinity of Villa Kokola is also the award-winning Istralandia water park, which offers a fun-filled day in the sun for the whole family. The Adriatic Golf Club is only a 10-minute drive away, set in stunning scenery with sea views. Fantastic beaches with a good mix of pebble and rocky beaches, beautiful bathing plateaus, sunbathing areas and crystal clear sea are only 7 km away from the villa. Mediterranean konobas, cozy restaurants and a large selection of wineries are in the immediate vicinity. Take the opportunity to try something new.
