This luxury villa, which has a characteristic art deco design, has a total of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with state-of-the-art sound system, where the whole group can spend time together. The living room is connected to the kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality household appliances to make cooking an experience. The ground floor has direct access to the terrace with marvellous views of the pool, the beautiful garden and the forest, which the villa shares with 2 other villas.

Two bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, while 3 further bedrooms are on the first floor. As the bedrooms are decorated with love and each have a private bathroom, you will undoubtedly feel at home. Throughout, you can view beautiful paintings and artwork by Omer Berber and Tarik Berber, which emphasise the charm of each room. A special treat is located on the first floor, as you can relax there, on the terrace, in the outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the surroundings.

If you like to be active, the pool (heated on request) is at your disposal. The villa also has a golf course and a fitness room. And what better way to relax after an active day than in the sauna!

The location of Villa Design Terra offers a perfect blend of peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, the well-known holiday destinations on the coast are within easy reach. The nearest coastal towns are Peroj and Fazana, known for their beautiful pebble beaches. In Faana you have the opportunity to take a boat trip to one of the national parks in Croatia - Brijuni. Visit central Istria and enjoy the marvellous view of the landscape. Here you can also try the delicious Istrian cuisine: homemade Istrian prosciutto (prut), Istrian pasta (fui) and Mediterranean homemade specialities. During your stay in Istria, visit the town of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre (25 km) and the beautiful town of Rovinj (20 km). The wooded area around Villa Design Terra is private - here you can take a walk or simply relax on a bench or in a hammock.
