Our bungalow is part of a unit of four stylish holiday homes, conveniently located in Stavenisse, Zeeland, the sunniest province of the Netherlands. Explore the picturesque surroundings, discover the nearby villages, and enjoy the sunsets on the coast. Zeeland is known for its natural beauty, and this bungalow places you right in the midst of it, just 400 meters from the water. You can enjoy hiking and cycling to your heart's content!

Experience the coziness of our charming 65 m2 bungalow, suitable for up to four people and equipped with all the comforts. This spacious home welcomes you with a cozy living room with a loft and a contemporary open kitchen. On the ground floor, you'll find the open living and dining room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with six chairs. Enjoy the modern decor and relaxation in this inviting space, with free Wi-Fi and a TV offering a wide range of channels. Board games are available for entertainment. 

The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the amenities you need. Here you'll find a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker (pads), kettle, fridge-freezer, and a four-burner stove. The kitchen is stocked with more than enough kitchenware and stylish dishes, making cooking a breeze. 

The modern bathroom is a haven of tranquility, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and ample storage space for toiletries. The bungalow has one bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, while the second bedroom, on the upper floor, offers two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). Additionally, there is an open sleeping loft on the upper floor with a single bed and a pull-out bed (2 times 90 cm x 200 cm). All beds come with comfortable mattresses and pillows. For families with small children, a crib, high chair, and stair gate are available. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this bungalow provides a cozy and comfortable place to stay, with attention to detail and convenience.

The garden is equipped with an outdoor fireplace and barbecue, a comfortable garden set under the canopy, and two loungers, making it the ideal place to enjoy the fresh outdoor air. Whether you want to relax with a good book, have an outdoor meal, or simply soak up the sun, this terrace provides the perfect setting. The garden itself is a green paradise, with mature vegetation providing privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Fully fenced, the garden offers a safe and secluded space to unwind. There are plenty of spots to enjoy both the sun and the shade, making it suitable for different times of the day. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, there's a barbecue available, perfect for organizing cozy barbecue evenings with friends and family. And as if that's not enough, the garden features a unique open fireplace, making the evenings even warmer and cozier. Whether you're enjoying a quiet breakfast on the terrace, sunbathing on the loungers, or sitting by the crackling fire in the evening (bring your own firewood), the garden of this bungalow offers a delightful retreat where you can escape the hustle and bustle and peacefully enjoy outdoor living. Whether you're in the mood for a sporty challenge or just want to relax, there's something for everyone. For nature lovers and adventurers, the surroundings are a true exploration. Explore the polder area, walk the dikes, and admire the various bird species of Tholen. Cyclists and hikers can plan their own route along the most beautiful spots in Zeeland. 

In our holiday accommodation, we cherish a homely atmosphere, where well-behaved pets are welcomed with open arms. Dogs and other pets are more than welcome to enjoy a relaxing holiday with their owners. We believe in a welcoming environment where everyone feels at home. To maintain the serene ambiance of our holiday accommodation, we would like to mention that we cannot accommodate groups of young people. We strive for a peaceful environment that is perfect for families, couples, and those seeking tranquility.

Escape the kitchen and enjoy a delicious meal at the cozy restaurant on the park. Here, you can affordably enjoy tasty dishes and refreshing drinks. If cooking is not in the plan, that's no problem. Get information from the friendly managers James and Anja, who will gladly tell you all about the culinary possibilities. The restaurant offers more than just good food. There's a billiard table for game enthusiasts and a children's play corner for the younger guests. Free Wi-Fi ensures that you stay connected with the outside world.

For beach lovers, there is a small beach in Stavenisse just a ten-minute walk away. Seven kilometers away, there is a larger beach in Sint Annaland, ideal for a family day out. Diving enthusiasts can indulge in the Oosterschelde, the largest National Park in the Netherlands with a unique underwater world. Stavenisse is home to three well-known dive sites: Haventje, Keetenweg, and De Quaack, also known as Le Teton.

 Via the impressive Oesterdam, the longest dam of the Delta Works at 22 kilometers away, you can reach the Zuid-Beveland peninsula. Here, you'll find the Zak van Zuid-Beveland, an enchanting nature reserve with orchards, fields, and meadows, ranking among the most beautiful polder landscapes in the Netherlands. Bergen op Zoom, 23 kilometers away, is a historic city accessible by bike or car via a beautiful route over the Tholen island. Both young and old will surely have fun here.
